   The long term viability of any game depends on constant increase of new players.
   To achieve this maximum assistance needs to be given to any new player to encourage them to remain and grow.
   Information is key to this.
   At present all seems to be focused on updating and improving things for existing players but in my opinion this is wrong way to go .
   We need to work at low level .
   Update available information for experienced gameplayers but noobs to this game
   more advice for newcomers eg advanced tutorials Mentors better available information
   
   If we spend some time and effort on newcomers game will grow faster and stronger rather than just catering for current players.

     thanks for your message :) I will tell you more about our plans.
     
     We are thinking on new players too, we know it is important. Our plan in short is to add corporation, trains and focus on new players. After this we plan to do marketing campaign.
     
     We want to add special tutorial city, where new players will easily learn how to play the game. We will change tutorial tasks and add some maybe special short videos about some game mechanics. Or maybe player will click how to build bus route and arrow will lead him.
     
     One of the most important issues is to balance the first session for new players.
     
     We are thinking about adding some special map for players where they will unlock cities by finishing tasks. Something like this: Map
     
     The idea is not finished, but I like it :) It will lead new players. No some players are lost after tutorial ends.
     
     So this is in short, what we want to add for new players.

   I agree with Irene. I have observed that once players start playing, they tend to leave in between level 35 to 40. I also do not feel that much urge some days to return to game as there is hardly anything new to do for me. I am level 38.
   
   I like the game and looking forward to corporations and all the new planned updates.
